 abstract={The object of the article is to present the legal system of electronic contracts and electronic signatures in the Czech Republic. Consecutively, the author presents issues regarding the types of electronic contracts in the Czech legal system, the issue of an electronic contract as evidence in court, concluding contracts during the COVID-19 pandemic and the types of electronic signatures. In addition, in the final part of the article, the author describes the specificity of accredited, public and private certification authorities, which undoubtedly have a close relationship with both electronic contracts and electronic signatures.},
