The term ‘human rights’ however is ambiguous. In literature there are several points of view how to interpret them – natural, deliberative, protest and discourse schools. Human rights can be divided into III generations (with IV which is still forming). In academic discourse there has been established two groups of critical voices towards human rights – substantial and accidental. The first one denies entire concept of human rights and the second one only challenges some generations and emphasize importance of others. Some also indicate that human rights during their evolution can form an alliance with transhumanism which can lead to dangerous outcomes.}, title={Prawa człowieka – wybrane głosy krytyczne}, type={text}, doi={https://doi.org/10.34616/149740}, keywords={human rights, transhumanism, international law}, }
