 abstract={The Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand (2560 B.E.) is a normative act, the shape of which was significantly influenced by the Buddhism professed by the majority of the citizens of Thailand. The aim of the article is to analyse the legal provisions of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand on Buddhism. The article analyses art. 7, art. 67, art. 96(1) and art. 98(4) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. It also indicates the influence of Buddhism on other provisions of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.},
