 abstract={The content of the article points to an important area of human security, as it concerns education for security from an axiological perspective. Contemporary man is increasingly lost in his identity. The constant lack of time for reflection, to place oneself among other people and among the surrounding things, means that a person is sometimes surrounded by threats with which he cannot cope. Therefore, values are a determinant of conscious and targeted action for a person. They influence his behavior, make decisions, and also contribute to building a sense of security. The article consists of four parts: the introduction, the location of values in the axiology of security, the importance of values in education for security, and the ending.},
