 abstract={The main aim of the article is to determine whether the Urgenda case is replicable in Poland. This article is divided into three parts. Firstly, the Urgenda case is reconstructed as climate-friendly strategic litigation. The second part analyzes previous climate strategic litigations in Poland. Thus, it outlines the direction of the evolution of the discussed socio-legal trend. The last part is a socio-legal reflection on the possibility of repeating the model of the Urgenda case in Poland.},
