 abstract={The article presents the Polish organisational model of the system of market supervision over goods subject to conformity assessment (CE marking) from the perspective of the applied mechanisms of the coordination and cooperation of supervision authorities. The aforementioned system is organised as a network structure of specialised authorities of public administration which create organisational and functional systems which provide the proper level of safety of products introduced into the internal market.The first part discusses the administration authorities which create the system of market supervision and coordination systems, including the coordination entity (President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection) and coordinated entities. The second part depicts the cooperation acts applied in the system of market supervision, as well as the legal mechanism of coordination.},
