 abstract={This paper refers to the nature and purpose of a limited support received due to the birth of a child. The author considers the legal rationale for the introduction of a limited one-time support due to a child’s birth into the Family Benefits Act. The author also considers whether the benefit meets the objectives of pronatalist policies, or supports the economic function of family. These findings may be use in full to solve the practical problems with the application of the regulation of the right to a limited support.},
