 abstract={Conflict is an indispensable social element and the basis of a subjective relationship. The methods of resolving disputes determine the success or failure of the social group in terms of its subjective co-existence (democratic co-vivendi). School is a place of constant clashing of different points of view. The problem of unresolved or ignored disputes in education leads to the destruction of relationships, distrust and cooperation as a basis for the educational success of students. A school understood as a community and a common space should shape civic attitudes. Thanks to the appropriate conflict culture in line with the assumptions of non - consensual democracy, it is possible to preserve the democratic features of school reality.},
