  The article analyzes the consequences of a declaration of the invalidity of a local spatial development plan based on its contradiction with the study of spatial development conditions and directions, as well as their influence on the situation of the investor operating according to a spatial plan that had been erased from the legal system.;
  
  
  
  Artykuł podejmuje problematykę skutków stwierdzenia nieważności planu miejscowego ze względu na jego sprzeczność ze studium uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego oraz ich wpływu na sytuację inwestora realizującego zamierzenie inwestycyjne zgodne z wyeliminowanym z obrotu prawnego planem.
