 abstract={Lower Silesia is a particular region, because from time immemorial it has been located in the transition zone between Poland, Czechia and Germany. In its complicated history we will find all the relevant European paradigm threads, forming a matrix for its present shape, which is the result of its confusing past. This results in the fact that today, as in the past, in the western part of the Silesian Basin without much difficulty there may be found an inspiring multi-ethnicity generating the creative identity of Lower Silesians.},
