 abstract={This text presents the Barbie‘s world, where the most important category is corporeality. When we talk about Barbie, we talk about her perfect body and the utopia of perfect middle-class people. Girls play dolls, watch films of Barbie and in this way young women are socialized to their gender. For me interesting question is: how does popular culture describe utopia of people from twenty-first century. Mass culture tells children that the human body is imperfect and must be subjected to different regimes. Even little girls want to be perfect princesses - children dressed in ideal body of adult woman.},
